Tracy
Byrd - The Truth About Men
CD
Review by Jim Weaver
CD
Review:
It's
album number 9 for the "Byrdman" of Country Music and
once again Tracy Byrd shows us all what "country music"
is all about. The Truth About Men covers all the country
music bases; love songs, drinkin' songs, leavin' songs and even a fun
live bonus cut.
Fun
is a word that comes up a lot when talking about Tracy, from "Watermelon
Crawl" to "I'm From The Country", to his last
big hit, "Ten Rounds With Jose Cuervo", and the title
track from this CD, "The Truth About Men", Tracy
guarantees a good time, every time he rolls out something new. Not to
say he doesn't have his musically-serious side... he does, and he shows
it off well on this new project as he has in the past.

Website
Review by Jim Weaver:
Kudos to Music
City Net... they do more country artist websites than any other web
design service that I know of and there's good reason for it...
visually stunning websites. I wish they would use a little less Flash in
their designs though. But who can blame them, artists have to pay big
bucks for the Flash work. Tracy's site is a slow-loader if you're on
dial-up. Once you're there it looks great! I don't have access to the
Fan Club section but I can tell you there are some real goodies
available to the folks willing to shell out $20 bucks a year. For the
rest of us, Tracy's site has plenty to keep you busy for a while and
looks darn good doing it.
